Climb up towers and mountain peaks in search of new destinations, then set your own path to get there and plunge into the wilderness. Along the way, you’ll battle towering enemies, hunt wild beasts and gather ingredients for the food and elixirs you’ll need to sustain you on your journey.
More than 100 Shrines of Trials to discover and explore.
Shrines dot the landscape, waiting to be discovered in any order you want. Search for them, then solve the puzzles inside. Work your way through the traps and devices inside to earn special items and other rewards that will help you on your adventure.
Be prepared and properly equipped
With an entire world waiting to be explored, you’ll need a variety of outfits and gear to reach every corner. You may need to bundle up with warmer clothes or change into something better suited to the desert heat. Some clothing even has special effects that, for example, can make you faster and stealthier.
Battling enemies requires strategy
The world is filled with enemies of all shapes and sizes. Each one has its own attack method and weaponry, so you must think quickly and develop the right strategies to defeat them.
Tap into adventure with amiibo
Tap the Wolf Link amiibo to make Wolf Link appear in game. Wolf Link will attack enemies on his own and help you find items you’re searching for. A new series of The Legend of Zelda amiibo is also on the way.

The Daka Tuss Shrine is one one of the Shrines in the Lanayru Region of The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild.
Location: Daka Tuss Shrine is located in the Southwestern marshy area of Lanayru, past the Lanayru Tower on Shrine island – which is patrolled by several Lizalfols and sometimes a Guardian
Daka Tuss Shrine Walkthrough – Sunken Scoop
Upon entering this shrine, you’ll be greeted with a pool of water in which three spheres are floating in. In the far left corner, a receptacle is boxed in, which means you need a way to get to one of spheres in the box. Under the water you should also spot a large metal bowl. This means you’ll need to use Magnesis to lift the blow slowly and gently to scoop up a sphere and carefully angle it over the box and dump the sphere into the receptacle. Doing so will unlock the next area.
In the next room there are three more spheres and again another receptacle in the corner – but also a large switch under the water. Grab the bowl from the previous room and fish out a sphere into the receptacle. Only now you’ll find that the box the receptacle is in has a roof on it – and only the underwater switch can open it. With the sphere in the bowl, gently brush it against the side of the wall to empty the ball out onto the roof of the box, then bring the bowl back into the water and let it fall onto the switch. This will open the roof and the sphere will fall into place, draining the water and letting you proceed.
Note: Before moving on, return to the first room to find the water has drained in this pool too, and another door is open at the bottom. Enter the next room here to find a chest that holds a Silver Longsword.
Now you can head up the steps in the drained pool to find Monk Daka Tuss who will give you your next Spirit Orb.
